Anthony Saunders—General Manager   Anthony is a San Francisco native with a strong familiarity and appetite for Bay Area restaurants. He's worked across the city in fine dining restaurants (Sons&Daughters), to casual eateries like Hops & Hominy but has made Hard Water home. When he's not working, he's usually playing basketball or cooking with his friends.

Michael Lazar--Lead Bartender, Whiskey Concierge   Hard Water provides Michael with the perfect platform from which to disseminate years of patiently gathered and organized whiskey knowledge and experience to thirsty guests. The majestic whiskey wall, like some baroque church organ of barrel-aged bliss, is the perfect instrument upon which he can play and improvise endlessly…or at least until the bar closes each night.
